I recently found out that the manufacturer of the bottles for the eye treatment oil " For your eyes only " made a mistake and sent me bottles that could only hold 3.5ml. I wasn't even aware of it until I got the new shipment of bottles. It was an honest mistake on my end, and it was never my intention to falsely advertise the description of my product. To apologize for my ignorant and careless mistake, I'm offering a partial ( prorated - retail/5*1.5 ) refund of USD18 per unit to all US and international customers.
